Terms for using Mala
These terms explain how Mala subscriptions, payments, addresses, and service usage work.
By using Mala, creating a subscription, adding an address, or making a payment,
you agree to these terms.
Subscriptions
- Subscriptions are created based on the selected flower, garland length, duration, and delivery address.
- Available launch flowers are Marigold, Orange Marigold, and Rose.
- Duplicate pending or active subscriptions for the same product may be restricted.
- Subscription status may show as pending, active, paused, or cancelled depending on payment and delivery handling.
Payments
- Payments are processed through Razorpay checkout.
- An order is confirmed only after successful payment verification.
- If payment fails or is cancelled, you can retry payment from the Orders page.
- Mala may show payment status such as pending, paid, or failed.
Delivery address responsibility
- Please make sure your delivery address, phone number, city, state, and pincode are correct.
- Incorrect address details may affect successful delivery.
- Addresses linked to active or previous subscriptions may not be removable.
Service changes
Mala may update product availability, pricing, delivery handling, policies, or website features when needed for operational or business reasons.
Account access
Mala uses Google Sign-In for account access. You are responsible for keeping your Google account secure.
