How Mala handles your information

We collect only the information needed to create subscriptions, manage delivery, process payment status, and support your account.

This page explains what information Mala uses for account access, delivery addresses, subscriptions, and payment status. Mala does not store full card details.

What we collect

Name and email when you sign in with Google.
Delivery addresses and phone numbers you add to your account.
Subscription details such as flower type, garland length, duration, and address.
Payment status and transaction references needed to verify Razorpay payments.

How we use your information

To create and manage your garland subscriptions.
To deliver garlands to your selected delivery address.
To show order, subscription, and payment status in your account.
To help resolve delivery, address, payment, or support issues.

Payments

Payments are processed through Razorpay. Mala stores payment status and payment references required for order verification, but does not store your full card details.

Account and Google sign-in

Mala uses Google Sign-In for authentication. Passwords and Google account security are managed directly through your Google account.

Data updates

You can manage saved delivery addresses from your account page. Addresses linked to existing subscriptions may be restricted from removal to preserve order history.
